Adoption Process
-
Please come to the Carol Conroy Browning- Ogden Animal Shelter's Tiffany Adoption Center and look at the variety of quality animals available.
-
Meet with an Adoption Counselor to discuss the animal(s) you are interested in and any specific desires you may have for your ideal pet companion.
- You may wish to bring your family members (don?t forget your current pets) to the Tiffany Adoption Center to meet your prospective new pet. It is often wise to make sure that your pets meet here at the adoption center before a new pet shows up at home
- Once an animal is adopted, shelter staff will take your new pet to a local veterinarian who participates in our low cost spay/neuter and rabies vaccination program for a health exam and the necessary medical procedures. Medical procedures are usually scheduled for the next business day following the day you adopt a pet.
- You will pick up your new pet at the veterinarian's office following surgery. This gives you an opportunity to discuss your new pet with a qualified veterinary medical professional.
- Take your pet home and enjoy a lifetime of love and devotion.
