Tree Nursery

In May, the Ogden City Public Ways & Parks’ Urban Forestry Division maintains a tree nursery.

The program is designed for the residents of Ogden to help beautify there homes and neighborhoods. With this goal in mind, Ogden City purchases several trees each year to issue to homeowners in Ogden.

• Residents of Ogden are allowed one tree.  The trees are not available for businesses.
• A variety from the approved tree lists are given away.  All trees on this list will grow strong and healthy if taken care of properly.
• Make sure you bring proof of residency (water bill, drivers license, etc.). 
• Bring the measurements of your park strip, so we can provide you with an appropriate size and species of tree for your home.
