Residents can dial 801-399-HELP (4357) to assist in helping resolve issues in and around their neighborhoods. Dialing 801-399-HELP will give the caller a LIVE responder on the other end and Ogden City promises to follow up until the resident is satisfied with the response.

Citizens are also encouraged to call 801-399-HELP (4357) for non-emergency crime information or concerns and anytime they wish to receive LIVE help during the week. All calls will also have a live follow-up call to relay what action the city is taking.
