The Public Ways and Parks Division is one of the largest and most diverse divisions within Ogden City. They are responsible for the refuse, recycling, storm water, streets, streetlights, parks, urban forestry, pedestrian trails and the cemetery. They also oversee several programs and events including Dial-A-Dumpster, Dump Passes, and Christmas Village.
