The fitness room at the Golden Hours Senior Center has new state-of-the-art equipment featuring an elliptical fitness cross trainer, recumbent cycle, and multi-press weight training. Membership and athletic shoes are a must.
Yoga , tai chi, tap dancing, ballroom dancing, square dancing and line dancing classes are also offered. Enjoy dancing and exercising as you enjoy others’ company and friendship.
Additionally, healthy aging seminars educate seniors on health, alternative medicine, care issues, nutrition, crime and fire prevention as well as other services provided in the community each week.
