The office of the Ogden City Attorney provides both legal counsel and prosecutorial representation for Ogden City Corporation.

The legal staff of Ogden City cannot provide any type of legal counsel concerning private legal matters.

The office of the Ogden City Attorney is located in the Ogden City Municipal Building. It is an internal law office providing legal services to Ogden City Corporation, City Administration, City Council and other operating departments of the City on all legal matters affecting the City.

The Ogden City Prosecutor's Office prosecutes Class B and Class C misdemeanor cases as well as traffic cases through the Ogden Justice Court. You may also register for traffic school through the Prosecutor's Office, which is located in the Ogden Justice Court building.
