b.     Junction Center Condominiums – Parking Lease Agreement. Continuation of consideration for Proposed Resolution 2011-23 approving and authorizing the Executive Director to execute and take all actions necessary to effectuate a Parking License Agreement by and between the Agency and Junction Center Condominium Owners Association, Inc. under which the Association shall have certain rights to use portions of that certain parking structure located at about 2250 Grant Avenue (Weber County Parcel No. 01-099-0001). ( Resolution adopted, vote 7-0)
