a.      South Wall Avenue Economic Development Project Area .  Proposed Resolution 2012-6 scheduling a public hearing to allow public input regarding a draft Economic Development Plan and Budget for the South Wall Avenue Economic Development Project Area.  (Public hearing set for June 12, 2012, vote: 7-0)
