Neil Garner was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. He attended Ogden High School and graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration. He and his wife Jill have raised their four children in Ogden. Neil understands the issues that families face; especially with regards to safer neighborhoods and improving our schools.
Neil has served on numerous community boards including: Local Emergency Planning Committee, the Weber County Emergency Managers Council, the local Intra-Hospital Committee, and is currently serving as a member of the Mount Ogden District Committee for the Boy Scouts of America.
Neil has been elected to serve on the Ogden City Council representing the citizens residing in Municipal Ward One. He loves Ogden City and is proud to live here and serve its citizens. He enjoys hiking, being outdoors, spending time with his family, and reading good books.
