The mission of the Ogden City Justice Court is to provide an open, fair, efficient, and independent system for the advancement of justice under the law. This justice court serves those who have committed traffic, parking Citations, or criminal misdemeanor violations within Ogden City limits.  This court also hears small claims cases where the debt originated or the defendant resides in Ogden City.

Location, Hours of Operation and Contact Information

Located in the heart of the city at 26th Street and Grant Avenue, the Ogden City Justice Court is located behind the City’s municipal building and across the street from the District Courthouse. The Justice Courthouse is northwest of the parking lot; enter the parking lot from 26th Street.

Online Citation Pay

Traffic citations that do not have a mandatory court appearance can be paid online. If you are unaware of the status of your citation, the website will notify you if you must contact the court.

Parking citations can be paid online. You will need to have your citation number and your vehicle license number.
