Construction has begun on a premiere 60-acre master planned community next to the historic Ogden River in the heart of downtown. In its first phase of construction this month, lumber has arrived and work has begun on 69 luxury townhomes and 75 apartments. The residential construction is scheduled to be completed in late 2014.

Work is nearing completion on construction of the new Kneader’s Bakery located on the corner of Park Blvd and Washington Blvd. The retail bakery and café is scheduled to open in July.

Additionally, 30,000 square feet of retail space is scheduled for completion in late 2013.
