“An ordinance of Ogden City amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 by increasing and decreasing the anticipated revenues and transfers for a net increase of $1,223,650.00 from sources as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and increasing and decreasing the appropriations for a net increase of $1,223,650.00 as detailed in the body this ordinance; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.”
Public Input Meeting to Discuss Zoning Ordinance to Allow Health and Grooming of Household Pets

The Ogden City Council will conduct a public input meeting to consider a petition to amend the Zoning Ordinance to allow Health and Grooming of Household Pets in the CBDI Zone. The City Planning Commission reviewed this and determined the proposed revision is consistent with the purpose of the CBDI Zone; per Staff modifications for household pets as a permitted use with restrictions that keeping of animals should be between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and the animals allowed as part of this use be limited to household pets.
