On behalf of the Ogden City Fire department I would like to welcome you to the department's web site. Our desire is to provide our citizens and visitors with information that is useful and beneficial to you, our customers.

I am privileged to lead our fire service organization with such committed and skilled firefighters whose goal is to help you during your time of need. Whether it is a medical emergency, a fire, or reviewing building plans for proper fire suppression systems we strive to perform professionally and competently to exceed the public’s expectations. Simply stated our personnel care deeply about their duty to serve.

As you tap through our website at any given time there are firefighters assigned to eight different station locations with personnel either helping our community right now or are preparing to do so at a moment’s notice. My hope is you won’t need the response of our emergency work force. If you do, rest assured you will see a highly trained, competent, and a diverse work force show up at your home, work place, recreational site, or during your commute. The firefighters will aid you, your loved ones (including pets) any day or any hour.

Please remember that carbon monoxide is a poisonous odorless gas that can creep into homes from water heaters, furnaces, and gas fired generators. It is known as the silent killer! Prevent carbon monoxide poisonings by installing a CO Detector in your home today!
