INVITATION TO BID
Ogden City Corporation is accepting sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials required for the Repair of Sanitary Sewer Mains. The location of the work is at various locations in Ogden City.
The work to be performed consists of repairing sanitary sewer lines using cured in place liners and pipes, as included in the Contract Documents.
Proposal forms, plans and specifications may be obtained upon the payment of a $20.00 nonrefundable publication fee at the office of the Ogden City Engineer, 2549 Washington Blvd., Suite 760, Ogden, Utah. Plans and specifications will be available on March 29, 2007.
Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools and equipment necessary to complete said work must be submitted on forms provided in the bid documents and are to be submitted to the office of the City Purchasing Agent, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Suite 510, Ogden, Utah, until 10 AM, April 25, 2007, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City.
