Ogden City has a "one-stop" customer service front counter located on the 2nd floor (north end) of the Municipal Building (2549 Washington) to assist our customers in completing the steps in the development process. All development permits can be done at this central location. Any proposed project in the city can be handled at the Customer Service Center.

Staff from Engineering, Building Services, Planning, and the Treasury division are all available to assist the public. The violations (parking tickets) clerk and the City cashier are also both located at the Customer Service Center.

2. Business licenses
3. Processing of subdivisions and commercial projects
4. Landmarks and historical reviews
5. Temporary water connections
6. Right-of-way permits
7. Flood zone information
8. Lot line adjustments
9. Zoning questions
10. Sewer plat maps
11. Water and sewer locations

FAST TRACK AND DEFERRED SUBMITTALS

Major projects may, at times, find it advantageous to use "deferred submittals" as outlined in the Building Code or to "fast track" a project. Both of these may be readily accomplished with Ogden City. The ability to work within these parameters is available for and can be reviewed on any project in Ogden.
