    Functions

    The Administration Division provides creative, participative leadership and innovative direction to the divisions of the Fire Department who provide direct services to preserve and protect our citizens, their property, and their environment

    Goals

    Complete the implementation and integration of the FDM fire records management software program with our new CAD Versaterm.

    Develop a complete wellness and fitness program with the implementation of a task oriented entry level and incumbent firefighter physical capacity testing requirement.

    Align City departments with emergency management strategy in regards to the Emergency Operations Plan.

    Develop a plan to deal with our BDO fire station and explore options in combining these services with Station #3 needs.
