Course Description

Mt Ogden Golf Course is carved out of the scrub oak high on the east bench of Ogden overlooking the valley below. It is a very challenging but playable layout with views that are second to none. It is truly one of the last golf and nature experiences available along the Wasatch Front.

May 2002

In the current issue of Utah Business Magazine, Mt Ogden Golf Course is ranked ninth on its annual list of top public golf courses in Utah. The list uses U.S.G.A. slope rating as its main criteria. Other factors include fees and significant events. It is worth noting that out of the twenty-five courses on the list; only Roosevelt Golf Course has a lower green fee. This is the third publication to recognize Mt Ogden Golf Course within the past year. In 2001 the Standard Examiner and the City Weekly Magazine in Salt Lake City rated Mt Ogden the top public golf course in the greater Ogden area.
