Own in Ogden

Established in 1988, the Ogden City Own in Ogden Down Payment Assistance Program has helped over 1,000 households realize the dream of home ownership. This home ownership program is offered in specifically-targeted areas of Ogden City, providing $3,000 in zero interest, deferred-payment loans that decline to a complete credit over a five-year residency requirement. In specifically-targeted areas, an increased amount of $5,000 is offered as down payment and closing cost assistance to home buyers.
