Director
Donna Onstott-Birch

Donna Onstott-Birch,  director of Golden Hours Senior Center, came to her position with Ogden City following a 30-year career as a high school English teacher. However, she has spent many hours working with seniors, as she worked for a year with a hospice group and spent several hours each day for four in a local care center assisting with the care of her mother. There in the care center, she met many other individuals whom she visited regularly and assisted in whatever way she could. Donna has a great love and passion for working with seniors. For her, associating with and helping seniors is a real honor; they lend a dimension to her life that can be fulfilled in no other way. Donna is a graduate of Idaho State University with a degree in English Education and is also a graduate of Weber State University with a degree in Sociology and Social Work
