Salary :	$7.50 to $8.50 per hour
Responsibilities :	Essential Functions: Umpire and keep score for games; educate youth and parents about the rules; enforce rules and policy; ensure safety and security of recreation participants and facility; answer inquiries and provide information to the public; perform general field maintenance.
Qualifications :	(up to 8 positions to be filled) Rates of Pay: $7.50 to $8.50 per hour Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in baseball/softball, basketball, and flag football rules and umpiring/refereeing is helpful; experience in recreation programs and some supervisory experience preferred. Certification by the American Red Cross in Basic First Aid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or American Heart Association CPR or ability to obtain such certification is required. Criminal History Check: Successful applicant must pass background check. Driver License Report (MVR): Driver License Report (MVR) will be obtained by the Human Resources Division if applicable.
