Community Oriented Policing - Area #2
OGDEN CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT
Officer Bruce Gaertner worked as a Reserve Officer for one year and has worked as a full time Police Officer for over four years. He was later transferred to the Community Policing Bureau where he is currently assigned to Area 2 which consists of everything North and East from 12th Street and Washington Boulevard, up to the border of North Ogden City. He has attended numerous trainings, including the annual Ogden Metro Gang Conference, and a recent Segway Training. Officer Gaertner is Bicycle and Segway certified and enjoys riding through Ogden with other Community Policing Officers. Officer Gaertner is happy to help the community and enjoys serving the residents of Ogden.
