All parking violations occurring within Ogden City limits that result in a parking citation must be satisfied with the Ogden City Justice Court. Ogden City's Justice Court can only process charges made within Ogden City limits. If your parking violation was issued elsewhere in Weber County, please visit the Second District's Directory.
Paying a Parking Citation
Citations should be paid within ten (10) days from the date of the citation.
Three options are available to pay your parking citation:
Pay in person or use the drop box located by the front door of the Ogden City Justice Court located at:

Contesting a Parking Citation
If you wish to appeal your parking citation, you may do so online. Your appeal will be sent to the hearing officer for parking citations who will review your appeal and respond back to you by email with a decision.
If you wish to appear in person to contest or appeal your Parking Citation you can meet with the Parking Hearing Officer on a first come basis, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Your appeal will be sent to the court liaison who will review your appeal and respond back to you by email with a decision.
Decisions made by the Parking Hearing Officer are final. If the violation has been upheld you will be expected to pay your violation within two days. Non-payment of your violation will result in your Parking Citation being sent to Collections.
