FAQ: Frequently Asked Question
What time does the band go on? The local performances are at 6p, the opening act performs around 745. The headliner is scheduled for 9p in most cases. Production hiccups or holds for weather can affect this schedule slightly.
What time do the gates open? Gates are scheduled at 5p for most Ogden Twilight shows.
How do I get to Ogden Twilight? Check out the info HERE!
Where do I park? There are a lot of on-street stalls in the downtown area as well as parking structures. Some travel may be necessary. Note that overnight parking on 25th Street on Friday nights is prohibited. Violators will be towed.
Can I park behind the Amphitheater? No, this parking area is restricted to employees of Ogden City and Ogden Twilight.
Should I ride the train up? Yes! Your 24tix ticket to Ogden Twilight will be recognized by UTA as fare payment on all Local Bus Routes, TRAX Light Rail Routes, Streetcar Light Rail, FrontRunner Commuter Rail Routes, and BRT Routes on the day of the concert. The FrontRunner Station is just 4 blocks away from the Ogden Amphitheater.
What happens if it rains? The Ogden Twilight shows are rain or shine. We may hold, evacuate, and shelter in place for extreme weather/conditions including, but not limited to, lighting.
Can I re-enter if I must leave? No, there is no re-entry. You will need a separate ticket. Note that most of our 2022 season is sold out.
Will tickets be available at the door? For shows that are not yet sold out, tickets will be available for purchase by cash or card at the gates. Note that only valid tickets from 24tix will be accepted.
Where do I sit if I have a GA/VIP ticket? Check out the info HERE!
Do I get to meet the band(s) with my VIP ticket? Nope. But you get to see them in closer proximity.
Can I sell my unused tickets at the box office? No, our employees will not be able to facilitate any resale of tickets. Ticket resale opportunities can be made through the 24tix website. Consider selling it at face value so that others may experience great affordable music!
Why is my ticket so cheap? Because this series is partially grant funded and is designed to be accessible for all income levels. Thank you, RAMP, NEA, and all the Ogden Twilight Sponsors!
Why can I not bring a blanket or chair to OT? Because we have very limited space in our sell-out shows. There is no space for any one person to take up more space than they need. Plus, when most everyone is standing, you will not be able to enjoy the show from a seated position. See info for ADA accommodations.
How late does the show go? Hard to say, each band plays a different set list to different levels of energy in the crowd. Though most OT shows are done by 1030p. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR UTA SCHEDULE!
Can I bring my small children? The choice to bring young children will be up to each individual guardian. We ask all our crowd to be respectful, but we physically cannot police every interaction. Busy crowds, loud music, and the night sky can create a challenging experience. Keep in mind these events often sell out; constant vigilance is required with small children.
Do you have a lost and found? Items found at the end of the show will be collected and held at The Corner starting on the first business day after the event. You can call 801 629 8309 or visit Monday-Saturday, 11a-6p. All credit cards will be destroyed on-site if not claimed within 1 hour of the show (with a valid ID).
Will there be an ATM in the venue? No. All vendors, including alcohol, take cash and card payments.
Is there group pricing? No. Individual tickets are on sale in the spring.
Can we bring our own food and non-alcoholic drinks? No outside food will be permitted inside the venue. There are several food vendors offering a variety of cuisines—patronize them!
