Ogden City Suspends Rec Program and use of Specific Centers
In order to responsibly and proactively do our part to help slow the spread of the Coronavirus, Ogden City is temporarily suspending recreation programming as well as closing the Marshall White Center and the Golden Hours Senior Center. These suspensions are temporary and updates will be provided as new information comes available.
Public health and safety is Ogden City Administration’s top priority. We will continue to monitor guidance from the CDC and local health organizations as this situation continues to unfold.
We appreciate the public’s patience and support of these preventative efforts and encourage you to institute safe practices in your daily routines.
The Marshall White Center Pool is CLOSED Until Further Notice.
The Marshall White Center is a community recreation center owned and operated by Ogden City. The center is a low cost option for numerous programs, classes, activities, events and resources to the community. The center includes an indoor pool, gym with basketball courts, a weight and exercise room, and multiple rooms for activities.
Marshall White Center Advisory Committee Currently Accepting Interest Forms
Ogden City Recreation is currently accepting Interest Forms for the Marshal White Center Advisory Committee. The purpose of this interest form is to assist Ogden City in filling the Marshall N. White Center Advisory Committee. This form may also assist the Mayor in making inquiries concerning qualifications for appointment. If you are interested please fill out the form link below.
Purpose of the Marshall N. White Advisory Committee: The Committee shall act as an advisory body to the city council and the mayor in matters pertaining to the operations of the Marshall N. White Center.
