The Opening Ceremony starts at 4:30 p.m. on the Saturday after Thanksgiving with a Santa Run. At 5:30 p.m. the Washington Boulevard lights up during the Holiday Electric Light Parade. Following the parade, make your way over to the amphitheater for a short ceremony at approximately 6:30 p.m. A firework show and the lights are turned on immediately after the opening ceremony.
